Bank Stuff:
Are you looking for a good bank, credit union, or other financial services. This is where I would start out. I take no compensation from any of these companies, and I don't endorse any opinion that they might have, but the fact is these sites have the facts at hand about financial institutions.
National Credit Union Administration: Governing body of all Credit Unions, great source for any questions about Credit Unions, share insurance, or to find a specific credit union location.
IF you belong to a Credit Union, or if you are looking for a financial institution, check out CU SUCCEED. They have a whole program designed for teens and youth!
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation: Like the NCUA for credit unions, this is the governing body for banks. Also a great resource for questions about banks, and banking regulations.
Friends of Mine!
Youth finance, personal advice, music, cooking, these are friends that I enjoy working with for many reasons. Check them out:
The Money Camp is a camp for parents, kids, and anybody else who wants to learn about finances. I really like the efforts they are putting out there to help the cause.
Josh Shipp gives advice on the rest of life, directed at teens and young adults. I really like his stuff, and I hope you check him out.
This is a weblog on parties sans the Martha Stewart plasticity. Check it out for some fun and good information!
JM Webzine recently did an interview with me about the future of Finance For Youth: Check it out here, and check out some of the talent he has on his site as well. And he's still in high school! How awesome is that?!!!
